Employee Evaluation Ceremony: August 21, 2024

Naqdina is committed to fostering the professional growth of its employees. We have developed a systematic employee evaluation strategy to ensure that our team members are assessed and recognized in a structured manner. Employee evaluations will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this strategy, ensuring a thorough and fair assessment process, followed by appropriate recognition.

Employee Evaluation: Employees will be evaluated in two stages: the probationary period and a six-month review.

As evaluation, reward, and recognition are key methods for reinforcing positive behavior, Naqdina aims to improve and motivate its employees by acknowledging their achievements. In cases where an employee falls short of expectations, Naqdina will provide constructive feedback, turning weaknesses into strengths. Through this strategy, Naqdina demonstrates its commitment to recognizing good performance, thereby encouraging the repetition of positive behaviors.

The primary goal of employee evaluations is to achieve company objectives and advance the careers of Naqdina employees. Our systematic and comprehensive evaluation process ensures that employees are assessed according to the rules and regulations outlined in the strategy, with deserving individuals being duly recognized. It is important to remember that the purpose of evaluation and rewards is to influence employee behavior, guiding them towards actions that are more beneficial to the organization. Supervisors must be honest and precise in their evaluations and recognition of employees.

Through evaluation ceremonies and continuous assessments, Naqdina is dedicated to achieving the following goals:

  • Strengthening the relationship between employees and Naqdina.
