Job Description and responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our organization's sales strategies and oversee the activities of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, implementing sales plans, and supervising the sales team to ensure exceptional performance. The role involves close collaboration with marketing for lead generation, fostering a motivated sales team through coaching and development, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with establishing relationships with money exchange service providers across Afghanistan and expanding our market presence through effective marketing campaigns and social media advertising. 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.

·        Meet or exceed planned sales goals consistently.

·        Track sales goals and report results to senior management on a regular basis.

·        Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support.

·        Coordinate with the marketing department to develop lead generation strategies.

·        Motivate, counsel, and train the sales team to achieve peak performance.

·        Identify and establish relationships with money exchange service providers throughout Afghanistan.

·        Implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

·        Utilize social media platforms for targeted advertising and promotional activities.

·        Travel to various provinces to identify new distributors, resellers, and agents.

·        Promote the organization's products and services to potential customers.

·        Understand the needs and preferences of our ideal customers and align them with our product offerings.

·        Recruit, hire, and onboard new members to the sales team as required.

·        Set clear sales goals for team members and evaluate performance against these goals.

·        Assess current sales processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

·        Develop individual sales quotas and assign territories to team members.

·        Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

·        Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a competitive yet collaborative environment.

Finance Officer

Position Overview:

The Finance Officer will play a vital role in the financial operations of Naqdina, a payment services company. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will be responsible for managing various finance-related tasks to ensure accurate financial recording, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Transactions:
  • Process and record financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation of budget plans and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and compare them to the budget.
  • Provide support in analyzing budget variances and identifying areas for cost control.
  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries as required.
  • Present financial information to the management team and assist in financial analysis.
  1. Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with auditors during external audits.
  1. Cash Management:
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain appropriate cash levels.
  • Prepare cash forecasts and projections.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  1. Payroll and Benefits:
  • Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Maintain records of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Support in the development of financial models and business projections.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and practices.
  • Proficiency in using financial software such as quickbooks and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
